Nice Center A-Arm F-150
« on: April 16, 2007, 01:21:27 PM »
Saw this on another offroad site, thought it looked spiffy. I wish I could do a center a-arm setup on my truck someday..

Center mounted would definetly be an awesome way to go.  Too bad it has to be full custom to do it.

no one makes a center mount kit? i don't think a bolt on kit would be that hard, just bigger arms, etc. does it have to be 2wd?

um... i think my truck fell down.

blitzkrieg sells a y frame and a bulkhead package for 7000. u still need to do heavy fabrication. basically its a whole new frame for your cab to sit on. already has bulkhead with center mounted a arm mounts (without arms)and also has rear link mounts. FULL KILL then u gotta build a complete chassis to sit on frame. 3000 for 2 lower arms.3000 for 2 spindles.3400 for 2 upper j arms.3000 for rear links. plus housing( axle). hehehe thats about as close as ur gonna get to a bolt on center mounted KIT.lol......dont forget shocks and and and .........................
