Best budget lights for a rack?

Looking to get some lights for the yota, what do you guys recommend for a budget light rack?

Harbor Freight has some black round lights that are 100 Watt.

I have had them for almost 2 years and they work awesome.

They come two in a box with all the wiring and switches

Best part they were only 15 buck a pair.

Cheap enough so you dont mind if they break, and you can get a few sets for the price of one KC or Hella
