I want to wire up a light rack on top of my cab. Where should I supply the power from? There are 4 lights total on the rack, do I need to use a relay?

I would come from the battery to a curcuit breaker, then to a switch, then to the lights. I would use a 30amp breaker. Are they hid's or what?

Thanks for the advice! They are not HIDs, just some KC Halogens.
